+ Do you sell supplements at the gym?

No we do not sell supplements at the gym but we do offer meals plan guides for more optimal results.

+ How much time should someone spend at the gym?

One should spend anywhere between an hour to an hour and a half with at least 10 minutes of cardio.

+ What type of workouts have the best results?

There are many different types of workouts but the ones that typically provide the best results are H.I.I.T training mixed with full body strength and cardio.

+ Is it better to train individually or in a group setting?

It all depends on the individual, some people get more out of working with a group of friends for the extra motivation and drive.

+ Is it better to stretch before or after a workout?

Depending on the workout will determine how long one should stretch for but it's typically best to stretch before your warm up and after your cool down.

+ How many days should I work out?

One’s body will tell them when they need to rest so how many days is circumstantial to each person individually. We suggest three days a week minimum.

+ Is there a meal plan involved?

Depending on the training package and what someone is preparing for a meal plan and nutrition guide may be provided.

+ What kind of shoes should I wear to the gym?

Comfortable sneakers would be best or running shoes.

+ Should I bring water to my workouts?

Yes a few water bottles for hydration but if want those extra electrolytes and taste you can bring a gatorade.

+ How important is breathing for my workouts?

It is one of the most important essential factors to having a successful workout. If you have an inhaler it is key to bring it.

+ Do you offer day passes?

Yes we do, $10 and gets full access to the gym

+ Do you offer classes passes?

Yes we do, $10 per class, each class is one hour long.
