In this High Intensity Interval Training class you will be hitting every beat and burning those calories! With a live DJ to help you keep the beat, these movements are sure to increase your heart rate!

High-energy

Xtreme Step Hip-Hop

This class is a re-vamp of the traditional step aerobics. It is a high energy toning and cardio class using Hip Hop music, step platforms and dance moves. This class will make you want to get up and get moving. All fitness levels welcome.

Knockout Fitness

Bo’s Boxing

With so many health benefits this class is great for strength training. You will work the bags, practice combos, and footwork and work on your power and speed. Core work is also incorporated in our boxing class. You will leave feeling stronger!

Lift Lean

This class is designed to give you a full body burn! Using resistance bands, dumbbells along with body weight compound and isolation exercises. This class will give you an intense full body workout to get you body lean, tone and fit! With a live DJ keeping the beat you will leave this class feeling tired buys accomplished!

SocaPHIT: Where Fitness Meets Caribbean Vibes!

SocaPHIT

This class is a Caribbean style dance class. We incorporate whines, jumping jacks and various cardio moves into a dance routine. This class is designed for team bonding and getting a great workout.

Harmonize Body and Breath

Flow Yoga

This yoga class is where the movements are connected and flow into the next. Your breath links the movements and is the primary focus. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to pace themselves while focusing on the basics.

Unleash Your Glute Power!

BUTT DO YOU SQUAT - (BDYS)

This class is a glute focused class. This class focuses on controlled movements and time under tension to lift and shape your glutes. Build lower body lean muscle and add functional strength with this resistance band led workout. Activate and engage your lower body muscle groups and core with this fun booty class with a live DJ keeping you motivated with great beats!
