David Milligan

David Milligan’s journey began with the sole purpose to help change and improve lives. As David began his fitness journey, he was discouraged with how commercial gyms didn’t show the same compassion he did for clients, in result he ventured off to do fit camps in his driveway. As the years passed, David obtained several certifications through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) to become a certified personal trainer. David’s love, passion, and persistence for fitness gave him the drive to open his very first gym, NonStop Fitness. David’s philosophy is centered on whole body transformation that not only focuses on the external aspects of an individual but also their internal beauty and strength. David’s soul purpose is to help change lives and each year provided a new obstacle that he had to conquer to grow as a business owner and a person. David lives his dream as a business owner each and everyday, changing lives, pushing limits, and impacting others.

Marcus Eaddy

Marcus Eaddy, also known as Eddy Jacks, was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey. A 2012 graduate of Delaware State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. Marcus was awarded the Tre Devon Lane Foundation and the Trailblazer Community Service Award for his dedication to the community's health and well-being. As a young professional his first priority was his community, by providing nutrition and wellness information in addition to local fitness classes. Since then Marcus has been a personal trainer and co-owner of NonStop Fitness with his partner, David Milligan, where he has served over 750+ clients. There has been 7 years of hard work and dedication that he put into his dream of helping others, as a certified personal trainer, and a business owner.  Eaddy is passionate, humble, and an enthusiastic trainer who has dedicated his life to serving and supporting those around him through their journey to a healthy lifestyle.

Mikael Shipley

Mikael Shipley is an amazing woman who has an incomparable passion for fitness and changing the lives of her clients. She is a Fitness and Master Trainer, Strength and Fitness Coach, Fitness Enthusiast, Makeup Artist, Image Consultant and an overall Fashionista who encourages people to live a healthy lifestyle. Mikael received her certified personal training certificate through I.S.S.A alongside building her brand as a business owner and entrepreneur. Mikael believes in the idea of “Building a plan, then working that plan” all while encouraging her clients to live their best life to ensure they look and feel their absolute best. This Fitness Diva caters to the needs of the people while building their self-confidence, motivation, and enthusiasm. Mikael commands attention upon entering a room not only with her fit physique but also with her keen fashion sense; this confidence is reflected in each of her clients. Mikael is direct and upfront in her approach to health, wellness, and reaching personal goals. Needless to say, Mikael gets RESULTS!

Jessica Bua

Jessica Bua is the true definition of a fitness enthusiast. Jessica’s love of staying active and fit, all while coaching and mentoring an individual to their goals, will be the motivation that one has been searching for in their life. Jessica understands the unique challenges of leading a busy life while maintaining a healthy lifestyle as a personal trainer, wife, and mother. Jessica is a A.A.A.I-certified personal trainer specializing in weight, functional and circuit training. She dedicates herself to each training session in order to tailor the needs of each client while encouraging them to step out of their exercise comfort zone. On that basis, Jessica remains in contact with every client after each session to provide fitness pointers and nutritional guidance to encourage them to hit their personal fitness goals. Derrick Johnson

Derrick Johnson’s passion for fitness first started as a student-athlete training for varsity football. After graduating, he then began his fitness journey. Derrick began with the intention of pursuing challenges that targeted his physical and mental weaknesses. It then became a way of dealing with the complications that life kept facing him with. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, along with various methods of fitness practices, taught Derrick the value of self discipline and dedication. Derrick aspire’s to instill the same values in his clients. Derrick is an ACE certified personal trainer and have trained clients with various levels of fitness levels in his four years of training.  Derrick wants his clients to not just simply get results, but rather overcome life’s toughest battles by constantly pushing through their perceived limitations.

Stefani Penafiel

Stefani Penafiel began her fitness journey in 2014 when a childhood friend motivated her through social media platforms. In February 2014, Stef made the best decision for herself by training with David Milligan. In the beginning, Stef used the gym as an escape to work on her post baby body but shortly after became addicted to seeing results, finding new found strengths, and learning to push herself pass her limits as well as losing 30lbs through her fitness journey. The results that Stef achieved through consistency and positivity in living a healthy lifestyle led her to obtain her AAAI and ISMA certification to become a certified personal trainer. Stef, along side with David, created a small group training program called “Snack Pack”, which has been such a success in changing women’s lives everyday. Stef realized that NonStop Fitness had the energy and motivation that she was looking for to be able to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle and make a change in their lives like she also had. Here at NonStop Fitness Stef’s philosophy is “We care, We are a family, we are hard work, we are results. Come in and make a Nonstop life change with me.

Eboni Miller

Eboni Miller has been interested in personal training since her early childhood leading all the way up to her adulthood. Eboni joined the NonStop Fitness team as a certified personal trainer in March 2018 after passing her certification exam with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in December 2017. Before deciding to pursue a career in fitness, Eboni trained under fellow NonStop trainer Marcus Eaddy. The passion, dedication, and care Marcus displayed inspired Eboni to become a personal trainer herself. Witnessing positive interactions between trainers and their clients, Eboni became even more thrilled with the idea of helping people change their lives through fitness. As a personal trainer, Eboni enjoys gaining experience and learning new tools to effectively help her clients achieve their desired results. She prides herself on being approachable and encouraging to everyone around her, from the beginner to the more advanced clients. Eboni believes that exercise is crucial, not only for health but in life because when you look good, you feel good!

Samantha Petersack

When Samantha Petersack was younger, also referred to as Sammie, she had always been involved in the sport/competition world and physically she extremely fit. As Sammie became older, her body began to change and she wanted to regain her prior fitness level. Sammie began to workout at NonStop Fitness in 2017, there she began to see the changes in her body that she strived for, in result she gained a passion for the fitness lifestyle. What NonStop Fitness did for Sammie she wanted to help do for others. Sammie’s education includes a certification as  a certified personal trainer through AAA/ISMA, Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science, Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C) through ACSM, and a New Jersey Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Sammie strives to create a training environment for clients that is challenging, yet fun, with constant motivation to help achieve their goals. Sammie believes that taking the positive steps towards a healthy lifestyle can give one the confidence to achieve anything they set their minds to and be the best possible version of themselves.

Bret Stroman

Bret Stroman is a Mercer County 2012 Hall of Fame Athlete from Hamilton West High School.  As a high school athlete Bret achieved many personal goals such as becoming a 4 year varsity starter in basketball and 3 year starter in football. Bret went to college to play football but soon realized that professional football wouldn’t be his future. Bret realized he wanted to help people without wearing a special uniform but he was lost in what he considered to be “his purpose.” That being said, fitness has always been an important aspect in Bret’s life and his passion for fitness began when he heard the news that his local middle would be cutting physical education out of their middle school curriculum. Bret boldly changed his career path to focus on how he can influence the lives of others and became a certified personal trainer through FitOUR. Bret’s mission is to change the world one day at a time, one exercise at a time, and one person at a time.
